In this project I acted as Interaction Designer of the E-commerce team at Rapala.

The goal of this project was to take the existing site and design for tablet and phone layout. Every pages of the website was included in this resizing but certain pages took on the default layout. My wireframes included: header, footer, homepage, grid pages, checkout process, product detail pages, customer service pages, search results and the international landing pages. For this project I worked closely with our 3rd party development team to insure the features we were planning on would be viable for the project. The project was finalized with 110 mockups with annotations.

Once the design was internally finalized I submitted my mockups and annotations over to the development team for them to estimate the project hours and identify any questions they may have before starting the project.

After the project was deployed, our internal e-commerce team dedicated a couple weeks of testing soley on the entire website to make sure everything was resizing to table and phone as expected. As issues were found we would report them to our dev team to address the issue.
